    Its very sad to lose somebody so valuable...I feel some of Patrick's achievements were underappreciated, he was a very elegant dancer, a good actor (Point Break, The Julie Newmar movie) and a decent singer ('Raising heaven', 'She's like the wind' & musicals)but mostly he was a sweet nature loving husband to Lisa. Like one of the comments above, I thought he could win the battle (although the statistics were grim) because he was facing the illness head on and with such great strength. I wish his wife Lisa, his mum Patsy, his brother Don and the rest of family and friends, a lot of good thoughts and hope they will find the strength to deal with this sad loss. Love, I

    When i was a child i've watched Ghost and Dirty Dancing many times. I really loved those movies especially Patrick Swayze :) I really thought he would win this fight against cancer. Patrick we will never forget you.
    We will miss you. You will always be a big star for us

    Weer een verlies voor de filmwereld. Ghost was één van mijn absolute favoriete films en één van de mooiste films die er gemaakt zijn.
    Innige deelneming en veel sterkte gewenst aan de nabestaanden.

    Met Patrick verliest de filmwereld een kei van een filmster,aangenaam, bewust van zijn invloed op de kijkers,eerlijk. Hij liet de emoties oplaaien.
    Onze deelneming in het smartelijk verlies aan zijn geliefden.
