Condoléances
No words can adequately describe this is a tremendous loss, not only for South Africa, but for the world.
The greatest glory in living, lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
This is the poem that inspired Nelson Mandela when he was in jail. Apparently Madiba read this poem every day in his prison cell. Mandela had this poem on his bare wall in his cell.
Invictus
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
William Ernest Henley

De wereld heeft een heel groot persoon verloren
The world owes you.
To all South Africans who honored, respected and loved this great man, my Sincerest Condolences.
A great man is gone. I hope and wish that the world will keep his legacy alive. In moments of sadness let all these beautifull memories confort you.
Veel sterkte aan de familie in deze moeilijke tijd !
Bijzondere mensen sterven niet,ze gaan wel maar ze blijven altijd voortbestaan.
