My great-aunt Evelyn Betts - married to Alfred Noah Spencer, then Philip Merry, left Cynthia some jewellery in her Will. I have searched for Cynthia for several years - unfortunately her surname was spelt incorrectly in the Will. Great Aunt Evelyn left most of her estate divided between my father Douglas Page and his brother Roy Page. I met Aunt Evelyn in the 1950s, when I was a little girl. I am so sorry that Cynthia died before I traced her. My sympathies to her family. And I would be very pleased if any of them would like to contact me.
I'm from Chevetogne and very well knew Cynthia. Every time we met, we loved speaking together in English. She's such a nice and kind person.
My heart goes out to you and your family at this difficult time.
